Every feature of this well-designed iron pleases. It heats quickly, blasts out a strong jet of steam, was comfortable to use, and the retractable cord is handy for not having too much cord getting in the way of one's ironing. The removable water reservoir allows cleaning outside of the iron. The procedure for cleaning the iron itself is a bit strange, but eminently functional, which is what you expect from Panasonic. Took us three tries to get a good iron.

I hate to iron but it is a lot easier and more pleasant with this Panasonic NI-C78SR. This is a great iron and works very, very well. After fiddling with the controls and spray I have easily found what works for me. The retractable cord is a good thing. A nice iron.
